My friends used to call me Billy Jean because I look a bit like a tall version of the girl from the movie Legend of Billy Jean and I was always raging against some injustice or prejudice. They’d be like, “What are you getting us into now Billy Jean.” I’d be like, “Fine then. Just sit there, pussies but nothing changes unless we change it. This is important. Should be to all of us.”
I always felt like if not me then who and if not now then when. I can’t stand injustice because I feel like my silence makes me guilty of it too. I can’t be silent. I have to speak out. ✌️
