Has anyone here worked at an ice cream shop?

I'm doing this for a huge project. I know that there are people who do the scooping and the cashiering, but what other kinds of workers are there in an ice cream shop? and what other kinds of things go on behind the scenes in an ice cream shop?

You'll want to find the best deal on quality product from your suppliers. You'll need a proper freezer, and a person to service that freezer if it breaks down. Location is key. You'd want to pick a place that has high traffic in the warmer months.
