Not really. When I'm at work, I'll work. But I have little tolerance for off the clock "extra-mile" nonsense because I just see it as managers trying to get free labor from people, and they never actually intend to reward you for it. Especially when they encourage everyone to do it, that just reeks of exploitation.

each ism is it's own but they do really come with their own caveats *if you are following into the trap* you must accept. I say that only if you are listening to whoever you calls you that, you care towards them, doesnt make them right but it also doesnt make it wrong.
