No, because the theories that exist are based on evidence.

Multiple photographs of the earth prove beyond any reasonable doubt (to intelligent beings) that the earth is not flat.

The universe is believed to be flat is based on evidence available so far - I'm not aware anyone is claiming that to be a 'fact'.
