Had a dream last night that I had breast cancer and was told I was going to die...

I had to go and tell my family and everyone was crying and we planned my funeral 😩😭 even the doctor was crying when she told me. Probably the worst dream I’ve had .

Not a fun dream at all there. I think most of the time we can tell that it's just a dream but now and then there's one that really hits us.. I can imagine how this one got to you. Thankfully dreams are just dreams and I hope you will be fine.
