Why do people just dump their kids on others?

I don't want to be watching your child all the time but if I don't watch him who will! I don't understand why he's alway got a full diaper when he's dropped off or why he's always tired and messy. You don't need someone to watch him while you clean about the house? Am I the one over judging you? Or are you really as bad as I think?

It is not your responsibility to look after someone else's child

At the same time it sounds like the parents aren't coping

They'll need more support than you are able to give

@SW-User I know. I watched him today and she went to get her tire changed for 3 hrs. Came back smelling of weed. The child is sick with and infection.

I keep thinking the same and I want to think it's because she's young 21 but I feel like that's can't exactly be it since I'm helping out and I'm the same age. Or about the same ... it bothers me that she only says a short period of time and decided to basically triple the time and lie about it ... I am so frustrated honestly...

@silver1sil based on your details it seems the child is being neglected....what is unreasonable? If you see or think that the child IS being neglected /abused...If it were me and I was sure I would call child protective services
