@yondu well I would agree ,if you were on the right side of the law .
And I once fractured a a few laws back on the day ,,and served on the right side too .
So I was pretty effective at keeping DEA from getting my brother killed .
So the trick is being good at both jobs ,and not getting exposed .
But laws have changed making it even harder to get dirt on bad guys .
In the old day's I could sell you drugs and then have another agent bust you for them ,then sweat you for bigger fish ,
now days thats entrapment and no longer allowed ,they can't break laws to enforce them ,and make a legit case anyway ,but some do not care about a case ,
given them a chance,they will kill you ,and you pulled first .
(aren't you glad they let the patriot act expire ?)
So to get warrants ,you need a good mole ,who can not blow his cover and also not commit a crime themselves .
So for now ,the law protects the criminal anyway ,God forbid we violate their rights ,
But with Tech and surveillance that is allowed, criminals have to be smarter too ,
take a look around ,only a handful are . (there are just more people ,more crime)
They watch CSI and think that gives them the edge to beat seasoned officers .
Many criminals only get caught because someone turns them in .
Put enough money on someones head ,,,their own Mom will turn them in .
All they need is someone to make the call ,and it lead to an arrest .
So who can you actually trust ?,only you ,any one can drop a dime ,now days a cell call ,or a cell left in the right place ,
Heads up and this is for real ,now days it getting harder to tell the good guys from the bad ,lots of so called "Good guys " being busted too .
Everyone wants to make a deal .
