I am tired all the time because I am a 40something year old?

@SW-User it varies ,it was used to be the cure all when I was in service
Go to the doc come back with this smell for a bit on your breath
We all come to know it was B12
But now they are not so quick to give them ,they say they have to Justify it .
But they gave me an alternative ,but they wanted me to give myself the shot .
Now I can cut things out of me ,stitch up wounds ,but I can't give myself a shot
I think its a mental thing from being around junkies ,I swore I would never shoot up anything ,,but my daughters are nurses ,,,but that was also the VA
I am finding out in Civilian practices we get treated better .
Just check into it ,that might be your answer instead of a lot of Vitamins that can't do the same thing as the shot
