Just what the Hell is a love-removal machine?

It just seems like an oddly industrial concept ...

It is a machine constructed from phosphor-bronze - intricate in design - which rotates rapidly with a centrifugal motion. Powered by a 2 h.p engine (Probably a 'Lister') 4 rivetted arms bearing tungsten-tipped cutting devices act as rapidly moving scissors. The subject - always a man - lies on a cast-iron table and is secured by leather restraints. The machine is then started and it snips off your testicles!!
