Weight is relative.
Mass is absolute.

If you're worried about your weight then simply move to another planet with lower gravity. On the other hand, if you're worried about your mass, then I suggest a calorie-deficit diet or water fasting altogether.

That's too much... You need to take help of yoga or something that can increase your metabolism so your fat will burn.. Don't worry dear just also try and imaginative yourself slip in mirror.. That also works.. I lost weight last time 15kgwith in 50days

@Deadgirl I guess what I'm getting at is that it's a life-style change that is needed, which means maybe some counseling in addition to diet plans. Diets don't work, it's how you deal with whatever causes the overeating and choices of the foods you eat, along with becoming more active. At 146 kg, you are really hurting yourself.

was gonna suggest swimming but someone has already said it, but try walking and only eat at mealtimes no snacking
