Why do we have to start work so early in the morning? If I owned a business, workers wouldn't come in till around 10 am...an hour for lunch....

You need to work in my office. We have to work 80 hours every two weeks. We never work on weekends. We can work any time between 6am and 8pm. We get an hour for lunch.

From Tuesday to Thursday, we have to be in by 10 and can leave after 2:30, otherwise we need to request time off and use leave time. On Monday and Friday, there are no restrictions, as long as we at least work 4 hours during the day.

If we do not work 80 hours in two weeks, we need to use leave time. If we work more than 80 hours, we gain leave time to use later. We automatically earn 4-8 hours of leave time every 2 weeks. The exact value depends on how many years we have worked. We earn 4 hours of sick leave every 2 weeks. We also have 10 holidays a year.
