Nothing. Chrome incognito windows do not conceal your browsing activity from your internet service provider. The information may still be recovered from your computer, too but only if your activities draw the attention of 'security agencies'. Incognito windows will still store images on your hard drive which may easily be recovered from your disk if it is not 'wiped' correctly.
