im not feeling well mentally, what food do you binge on

I know this isn’t what you were asking, but here is some information that might actually help...

Spanish researchers who followed 15,000 young adults over the course of nine years found that those who ate more nuts, fruit, vegetables, and fish had a 30 percent lower incidence of depression than those who gorged on sweets or processed foods. That's not all. The UK-based Mental Health Foundation reports that fewer than half of patients who suffer from mental health problems eat fresh fruit and vegetables.
@Mamapolo2016 nah its more feeling down because of situations than depression. but thank you!!!
(I have to wonder what the 15,000 young adults thought about being followed around for nine years...)

But still. We create our own vicious circles. You can hop on the carousel anywhere, but the route is always the same. Depression: Binging: Weight gain: self-hate: depression: binging...
yep a lot of depression seems to be thought cycles. need to break them and put better thoughts in one head to be free

@badapple maybe try a pint instead. I think I would get sick if I ate that much ice cream.
@rokrchik1211 yes ice cream!

I never binge..when feeling down i take a walk and think things over.
Try something healthy if you can't fight the urge to binge.
