How do you stop yourself from making stupid decisions when you are feeling lonely?

Uhm,I go to my room. My mom understands so she leaves me alone while I m**turbate. Keeps me from going two doors down to the girl who lives there. Mom prefers I stay away from her because she has lots of boyfriends so mom says she doesn't mind some of my dirty laundry being stuck together. She does tease me a little bit and her best friend teases me a lot.
