Why some people can not tell anything anyone bout themselves. Like, you can briefly talk to them , get some superficial info but then that convo cuts

I think some people take privacy a bit too strictly.
And then, unless you have a common interest to talk on, it becomes meaningless to engage in that discussion. Cannot talk of 'how are you' every day when no one really cares for the real answer.

They've been hurt before or just assume no one cares about the real stuff anymore.

In my experience people just want to gather personal trivia to be messy & nosy & satisfy some curiosity. Not to build a relationship. If youre trying to build a relationship you need to establish rapport & trust before all that.

It's very hard to reveal anything about myself. I don't trust people in general.
