I just joined Instagram...I have NO clue how to post a photo. Do I need some app? help me!

I cant figure that basic place eithet. I joined last month and i was trying hard today to find an option how to check my old PMs in direct...with no success.

Just click on the center and you should be able to choose from a photo or video 😄
