One where somebody can accept their mistakes without perceiving you as the enemy (for pointing it out) or one where somebody can apologize sincerely when they cause you or somebody else harm?
I think accepting they are wrong is something that doesn't come easily. However saying sorry for their wrongdoing is a more giving/emphatic approach I think. When you say sorry or apologize you're giving more respect to the other persons feeling, than yours. You're placing him/her before you. Speaks volumes of one's character.
