A quiet room, all to myself, with some classical music and crochet

DH and wine. If that doesn't work, I walk my ass off.

And my new wiener dog Pepper Jack. He's such a cheerful thing.

Dressing in my Feminine Lingerie, is so calming and exciting at the same time.

Well i'm naturally peaceful, give me prey however and I won't be the most peaceful.

The sound of a river or ocean really calm me
