It's not the fall that matters but where you go from here. Don't beat yourself up over it. You know what it looks like to leave it behind so just do it again. It's not as big of a deal as we make ourselves believe it is.

Ah, sorry to hear it, but occasional backslidings are mostly inevitable. It doesn't mean you can't keep on with being clean.
