I'm getting very fat

I've always been chubby but I've been getting a lot fatter recently. I love my food and I'm always snacking on something. I'm a big junk food fan as well, and I usually end up having McDonalds or Burger King almost every day. In the last few months, I've really been chunking out, and I now weigh almost 300lbs.

My belly is getting very large and I've had to buy a lot of new clothes. But the funny thing is that I'm quite happy with being fat. I actually like the way my soft belly looks, and the fact that my friends call me "big boy" and "porker" doesn't bother me.

I'm quite enjoying being fat.

Not a very healthy decision on your part. The body tends to be very forgiving at your age. But it will change drastically as you age. If you choose to stay in this condition, your body will encounter many health problems in the future. Better get into shape while you are young, much easier to do. Start walking and burn off some calories. Good luck in your quest, be happy but treat your body right, respect it and it will work wonders for you.

@therighttothink50 Thanks for your advice.I kind of think the opposite- as you say, whilst you're young, why not enjoy being able to pig out on junk food and eat and drink whatever you want. When you get older, then you have to look after yourself a bit more.

I've always hated exercise so walking isn't my favourite activity, but I'll try to do more. I understand that keeping active is important to your health.
