What is the most emotionally painful experience you’ve ever had?

Getting left
it always feels like a heart attack (except the time it really was ,but she still caused it )
To me its like losing someone to death
but they did this crap on purpose
how it was going to effect me never considered ,and then they have the gaul to say they still love you ,,its not you its them
I have been burned to the bone ,shot ,stabbed ,cut ,face destroyed ,back surgery
shot with a 16 nailer .gone through a windshield .eye ball cut ,metal rip through my body ,
I would prefer to go through all of that at the same time to a broken heart .
maybe at least then it would kill me
and not leave me acting like a dangerous wounded animal
I lose who I am for a very long time

When I told my friend a dark secret and told her to just leave and save herself

Depression probably

Watching someone die in front of me

no idea i block out all pain

It's too horrific to share.

I dunno, I forgot about it.

My mom's death

Losing my parents.

Death of a spouse.
