Had a factory refurbished Acer laptop working fine for about 6 years...actually it still works, only the keyboard gave up the ghost...and it's already time I retired it...so at least my experience was good.

I have bought both a Dell and a Lenovo refurbished. directly from their web sites. Both times saved a lot and still got a decent machine and warranty. I say go for it.

My husband bought a referbished laptop from online sony and its fine. We had it for years now with no problem (some of the rubber feet came off tho)

Good question, yes and no. Manufacturers Life span of a laptop is 5 years, a car 10 years Maybe 15 or more. Batteries on both won't last nearly as long as they tell you.

I bought a refurbished computer that only had a year warranty on it. I've had it over 2 years now. I only paid a little over $300.00. 👌🏼💻🖲⭐
Mine broke almost immediately

I got both my boys refurbished laptops from bestbuy for Christmas last year or maybe the year before. They have worked beautifully.

I got a refurbished laptop from a reputable source. Haven't had any real problems with it.

It can be a bit risky but if its from a reputable seller then it is probably a good buy.
Laptops have a shorter life span than a car.
