Would you date a guy with only one ball?

It would depend on which one. I couldn't date a guy that was missing his left one.

I know a guy with one ball. He had one removed when he was a kid due to testicular torsion. He's been in a couple relationships, so obviously some people don't mind.

i wouldnt care, but he'd probably be a lousy dancer since he'd be all off balanced right? haha
