I'd move to England, Denmark or one of the other Scandinavian countries, or Canada. Depending on the degree of culture shock I was willing to take, at the moment.

I'd never play with that. The bag will most likely be watched, either by the cops, by the husband or by the kidnappers that are waiting for the cash. You'd just unnecessarily get yourself in a lot of trouble.
