They knew it was wrong, the cop didn't respect medical laws...that's a big part of the problem here. I know someone who was given a ticket for a violation that didn't even have a law saying it was a violation. The cop didn't know the law well enough, the person who received the violation went to court with a copy of the laws in regard to car tags and the charges were dismissed. The ticket was given in a speed trap village and the cop tried to do it to this guy's friend who recited the law and the cop quickly dropped the issue and let him go.

@nicky Kinda sad at the same time though. She had to suffer the indignity of all that. Had it captured on film by many in the E:R at the time. Doubtless spent an uncomfortable few hours in custody until a lawyer arrived to bail her out.
And then the irony of all ironies, gets paid a lump sum that's probably more than she'll ever earn as a hardworking nurse.
