Not all wounds, but I believe time helps us understand and come to terms with most things in life. I haven't got over some events, but I do see them in a different light than I did when they happened. I have become a follower of fate! ;)

Wouldn't say heals them, just gives you an aching scar.

Yes but some wounds leave permanent scars. 😔
To some point it does, but the scars remain

Not necessarily “heals”, but makes them a bit less prominent in your mind (with a few exceptions). My mother passed away on this day 6 years ago, and I don’t know if the pain from that will ever go away....as some have said, a scar will remain.
@DragonFruit i can only imagine the pain that will cause me. i am very close with both my parents.

You need to work as well to heal it .. time alone would not be enough
And antiseptic + chocolate
@Dewms i figured you just intimidated your wounds into disappearing. LOL
@SheCallsMeCrushDaddy thats a given😏

The majority of them it does
Some wounds never heal completely, but time does take the edge off most of the pain. It's like taking the shattered pieces of a broken mirror and gluing them back into place. The image will never appear the same again, but at least the shards are more or less where they belong.
