@Pherick sorry, there are distinct differences in boys and girls. Those clubs teach them how to be men and women. Why can’t they just start a new club where anybody can join in?

@Keepitsimple There are differences, but that doesn't mean they can't have a curriculum that can be used to teach boys and girls.

Right now they won't even be in den's together. Local groups will still be single sex, its only at the higher levels, will the packs mingle.

Can they not just add more programs to the Girl Scouts? Anyway ,I like the thin mint cookies and so ,I hope they do not find girls and cookie selling to be too sexist, because I would miss those cookies so much. And now I shall take my idiot prattling else where ...😁

@Zonuss I appreciate the passive aggressive jab., but no. Now were back to the big difference again. Narrow minded is narrow minded, but being so open minded that your brains spill out on the ground is not a good idea either. I'm far from narrow minded by the way. I'm conservative leaning, but definitely well informed and well read. I just don't hop on bandwagons to be part of something. I have the courage of my convictions, and I don't have street parties and call it 'doing my part for social justice'. I'm a lot more Norman Rockwell than Andy Warhol , that's all.
