No. There's no evidence of this. The idea came about because people saw video games like the original Mortal Kombat for the first time and were so horrified by the violent content that they were convinced it'd have a negative effect on the players.

Only when you play a level for the 100th time and you can't beat the boss, so you throw the controller across the room in frustration.

Hell no. I've been playing video games ever since I can remember. I'm not a violent person and it's very difficult to make me entirely angry. There are millions like me as well. If a person is violent after playing video games, he was already having issues before the game.
