@SwarmSona I get this so much, it's in one of my post. I think sometimes if someone was able to really feel our pain they might say just let them die

@Deadgirl I understand. Depression is aweful. I know it saps any motivation but can i ask. Have u addressed it in any way? Iam almost 50 and felt this way on and off since i was a young teen. Iam currently going through eye desensitisation therapy and constantly battle to find ways to combat it. Walking/excercising helps alot. If u go down the road of anti depressants be sure to use them short term only because its the root cause of ur depression u need to battle. I sincerely wish u well.

@Deadgirl Sorry. I think it seems like I'm saying that, but I meant from the outside, as in from another person's perspective, looking at the person who was thinking that the world is better off without him and thinking in response, "How do you see it this way??"
