Do you have any tips or thoughts or ideas for people who work from 8:30 to 5pm and want to go to school from 6pm to 9pm, they spend an average of 4 hr

s a day on commute...Advice ? They are a little anemic -- so low energy....is a problem

That's a tough routine to follow.
Does the commute involve driving or public transport ?
If driving, i really don't know what to suggest !
If public transport. I guess that might give you a little time to rest your eyes or eat or study a while.
