Boss said "well don't you have quite the wardrobe"

I'm 7 months pregnant. Clothes that fit me are pretty limited. Have started buying dresses that I would consider very work appropriate. Flower pattern, solids, nothing too off scale. I admit I have almost a new dress everyday and I've had people say to me you must have a cute dress for everyday of the year etc.. well my boss the other day made a comment "don't you have quite the wardrobe". I can't tell if I'm being sensitive or what but apart of me is like why would you say that to someone? What does it mean. Is it a negative thing? Positive ?

I like to look my best all the time and have been interning at my aunt's company this summer in very professional looking suits and dresses. Where I am from (Canada) comments of that nature can be considered by the Human Rights officials as a form of sexual harassment. I have had to deal with a few similar situations.

Take it as a compliment and don't worry about how he meant it.

Sounds like a hostile workplace.
