Any suggestions on how to tell a teacher that I cut myself?
I really trust two of them but I'm scared of how either would react. One knows about my previous suicide attempt.

Well did you cut yourself on purpose or was it accident if it was a accident go see the school nurse well if you have one, If it was on purpose maybe she can help you get help. And use that help because cutting yourself is not the answer you just allow the situation to win and that's not good. If there is problems at home she can help you with that also . My teacher saved me from my very parents that were abusing me.

@updown2020 I did. She was sympathetic and promised to not tell my school counselor, I hate her.

Unfortunately, a teacher is obligated to report self harm. I'm not trying to be mean, but I don't want you to get into any more trouble
