Sure...as long as you're not alone with him at the time you confide in him. In the cafeteria during lunch time would be OK. NO alone time, ever.

@fluteacorn If he is a good teacher, he will not want to be alone with a student and the school policy probably prohibits it. Find another way. Go for a walk with him and talk.

@fluteacorn You seem determined to be alone with him. If he is equally determined to be alone with you, please take care of yourself when you speak with him. He might be a good confidant and counselor. It sounds like you need that. But do yourself a favor and don't drift into a love affair with him, if he offers that. You need a kind, wise friend, not a potential exploiter.
