That wasn't really what I had in mind, I was wondering more whether just looking at the colours your brain would 'translate it as a tune (if that makes sense) - I chose twinkle, twinkle for it's simplicity.
I will do it again with something more complicated and see whether that gets the same response.

@Annab My brain informed me that the colors were notes. From that point, it became a matter of placing the pattern's melody.
