Anyone else on the eastern gulf coast notice that the birds went silent yesterday morning and haven't made a sound since?

They are deep thinkers aren't they? They know something's up...feel sorry for the birds caught in the eye of the hurricane, the animals on the Texas coast were traumatized when the first responders went to the beach after the hurricane made landfall, the alligators they saw seemed traumatized too.
@cherokeepatti I don't want to see anyone have lives turned upside down or be hurt, but it has to go somewhere!

@puck61 Well at least post something every once in awhile, you know we'll be thinking and worrying about you all.
@cherokeepatti I will. Thank you Patti!

Animals know better than us lol they probably sensed something and said screw it, we're out of here 👍

The last time I read about birds going silent an elder god appeared and people went insane. Hopefully that is the case.
@woundedeer That already happened. There has been a drastic influx of insanity here for a while. People are protesting about banana peels now~

I live elsewhere
about a week ago we had a frightfully quiet night
it was so quiet here in the country
the quiet felt heavy

perhaps they migrated, or they're just really silent.
