I am in Dallas and their has been an outpouring of love and support from all over the state, I honestly think Houston will be fine. It's the small towns around it that I worry about but we are all working at it! My birthday is coming up and in lieu of gifts i am asking for donations to Texas Disaster relief to go toward many cities as opposed to just Houston.

No. The damage was and is so extensive that "rebuilding" seems to be an unrealistic goal.
