Why must feelings be so impenetrable to introspection?

SW-User
Feelings are not objective, you have to be able to distance yourself from the emotional part and think rationally about yourself and your actions and introspection can sometimes be liking slapping your own self in the face with reality, that hurts sometimes.

hi KiwiDan
I am not sure that is true. Feelings are unconscious thought processes and you can raise them to a conscious level by reflection and analysis.

Because feelings are overwhelming. Also, introspection reveals our flaws to our deepest selves.
