Isn't it annoying when your

internal clock kicks in and gets used to getting up early and doesn't let you sleep in on the weekend!? I get up at 5am for clinical M-F and what time do I wake up today...5:48. 😡

I'm the same, my internal clock has been set in concrete and no matter how late I go to bed I'm awake at roughly the same time every morning, around 5ish. Fortunately it is my favourite time of the day. :-)

I haven't got an internal clock. I sleep when I'm tired and I get up when I wake up. The clock could be displaying any time of day or night.
