If someone were to sell the world, how much money would they make off of the sale?

I don't know, but I saw this sticker on the ground the other day..

NOTICE...
This product is sold by weight, not by volume. You can be assured of proper weight, even though some settling has occurred during shipping and handling.

@Spokeskitties75 so by that metric, earth would be incredibly cheap next to something like saturn or jupiter?
Spokeskitties75 · 46-50, M
@Siril it's looking that way!
Siril · 22-25, M
Earth might be good value then. You can't exactly have your villa built on either of the examples above. Therefore increasing the price at auction as its very prime real estate
SteelHands · 61-69, M
A few hundred quadrillion minus the decreased value of disaster zones plus the estimated inflation prospects of undervalued human life.
Siril · 22-25, M
@SteelHands the neighbors are also a bit gnarly. I'm not sure one would want to live near the likes of gas planets
SteelHands · 61-69, M
@Siril Most of those elemental gasses are noble gasses however and for mining purposes actually increase the curb appeal of "Planet E3" considerably. If it weren't for their status as protected natural cosmic formations by the higher life forms.

In fact you can probably thank God that this solar system probably has something protecting it. If there were ever tamperers, life on E3 could easily become destabilized. Possibly to the point of making mammalian life unsustainable.

And yes of course I am a mere lunatic and even if I seem so, this is not a real thought of plausibility.

Ask David Bowie.
Siril · 22-25, M
@SW-User I'm not sure he'd give a straight answer though. I feel he'd dance around the issue

Siril · 22-25, M
@Aidan I'm not too sure
