It takes so much effort to maintain because it's not really natural. I don't know how anyone has the motivation to bother with it.

@okaycafe: Most of us don't do the sort of everyday work that's required to build and maintain abs because we're busy doing other things. For some people (Marines, for instance) it's natural but most of us would have to work really hard to maintain abs. Having to put a lot of focus and effort into maintaining something means it's not really all that natural.

Cuz guys don't want to take drugs which would fuck up their immune systems and become addicted to steroids. although my abs are good as you can see in my pic. but to maintain is retardedly hard
