Yeah I got the feeling that Vader wasn't a big fan of his 'Pampered Officer Class'.

@Allelse: I also watched videos that said they didnt like Vader because he had a lot of power in the Empire and he sorta came outta nowhere. They never knew who he really was.

Yeah I've heard that too. That all of a sudden he shows up as second to the emperor and starts ordering folk around. Though I can imagine it didn't take long for them to learn respect for their new found friend. Also I think Vader was liked alot by the common troops because he had some respect for them, but your admin types, nope, none at all!
