@CanarysCry: I recently have a partner who has a sick ego. He needs one to brag, he will set one down because he can't stand others can accomplish..and if one tries to do what's is needed he will try to suspend it so he will make one look stupid and brag others about that you failed to make it instead motivating...and as a whole its just something he planned so he can gain the attention by talking to his circle that he's good, might destroy the subject as well so it'll appear that I'm not good at all...he will ask you not to talk on others about his mistakes but he will continue to talk about yours
