So me and a woman have been going twice as friends. Both of the times were initiated by me and when we were together she always says that she wants to meet more. Shall I wait until she texts me for the next meeting ?

I don't think it's anything wrong with you calling or texting her again. Especially since you are friends. If you guys are tying to move toward something more than friendship then meeting up with each other often is great, if not, hanging out is still fun!

Tell her you are interested romantically ... tell her you're physically attracted to her and have no interest in friendship. Otherwise you're going to be her ego boosting male buddy.
