do you consider a relationship " just friends" if a man pays for everything and wants to take care of you?!?!

that speaks more on a serious relationship level don't you agree?

he clearly wants to date/ be with you if he does all that

@iamnikki: thanks
@iamnikki: i am GLAD you agree. because we work together and i think he's trying to mind his P's and Q's its just really confusing. i want to believe its because we work together as to why he's holding back.
@iamnikki: welcome. :)

I think it depends on your age and life circumstances. I have a male friend I worked with years ago. He's older than me and I'm not exactly young. We meet for lunch every month like clock work. In all these years, he has NEVER let me pay the check. When I offered he would push my hand away. We are purely friends. I bring something for him and his family each time now-- a plant, a box of candy. The idea that if a man pays he is entitled to something sexual is foreign to me but that's a generational thing I believe.

Well, definitely seems another level but if neither defines it as more, you shouldn't assume it leads to more ... chaotic conversations... I would just enjoy it to be honest..
Depends on what the two people in the relationship have agreed to
well if he's offering, why would I deny free shit??

Perhaps he is trying to assert control

Chances are he doesn't consider you just friends if he's willing to do all that and expects something in return.
@bijouxbroussard: then it has to be work thats our problem.
