How do you tell a guy at work that's a supervisor you're attracted to him but don't wana do anything about it Bc of work???

Why bother? It could just make it awkward. Or you could find a different job, and when he's no longer your supervisor, they'll him how you feel.

If you don't want to act on it don't tell him. If you do then go to a work function not durring work hours and flirt and make a plan for outside of work.
