Change your focus. Women are no longer objects to be considered candidates for girlfriends. They are all women.

Treat them all with respect. Make them laugh. Smile a lot.

Then when you get used to that... start asking a lot of them for coffee. You'll get rejected a lot but you might find one that says yes.

Get relationships out of your head though. It's poisonous.

Relationships happen. You don't find them.
