What is with women and age? Why do so many amazing women in those 46 to 50 and 51 to 56 age...

Preach! Experienced women rock. I hate the word "old/older" and even "mature" as descriptors, thus I say "experienced" because that's what we are, in more ways than one. ;-)

I, too, hate it when women around my age start complaining about being "old". I may be the exception to this mentality. I literally feel and think I am at least 15 years younger than I am. It's not that I am trying to look 20 again, it's just that I don't dwell on the number or let it define me. If anything, I prefer to defy expectations and just live the happiest life I can, at whatever number that is. No doubt I will be taking the 50s by storm, when I get there. I will be redefining what that decade looks like. Age is just a number, and it's all about your attitude. For now, I am liking my positive denial state. It's working for me;) ✨😉

I am not saying all, but most women will find a ton of flaws no matter the age, in themselves. I am no expert so I can't say this is definite but I think it comes from this culture we have, especially advertising that youthfulness is beautiful, there's not many models of age.
