OK, these scenarios were the subject of much speculation when I was in middle school and we played the closet game of "Seven Minutes in Heaven", you know, when you go into a closet with a boy and make out for 7 minutes and someone times ya.
We figured out that the kiss on the neck while the boy stands behind you with his hands wrapped around your waist or hips was a sure fire great warm up.
Face to face smooching with hands on the head doing some hair stroking....another nice warm up. It wasn't time for the "passion" part though.
One crossed over into the passion territory when the bodies were scrunched together hip to hip and the hands roaming or gripping the body of the other.
It was universal consensus that French kissing while the boy's hands were under the back of your skirt gripping your buns through the panties while pressing your body onto the excited area of his, well, you know what....had to be the best thing going other than taking a trip to third base.
