Is it passively racist that I only am attracted to girls outside of my race?

i saw some article that it's racist if you don't make eye contact or that if you turn down sex from a black person you are racist. Hell I wouldn't be surprised one day while eating McDonald's a person comes up to me and says eating fast food makes you racist lol
