how do i help my friend that keeps trying to kill herself

What has she attempted with? If people are really serious about killing themselves, it's not that hard to do. She could jump off a cliff or drive her car off of one. There are lots of successful ways. More than wanting to kill herself, it sounds as though she's pleading for help. Giving her all of your compassionate attention might help her. Anything that would help her get reconnected with her true self would be a blessing.

You have to understand that you may not be able to fix them. That would their desire and a professional. Depression can be physical chemical deficiency. But you can help them by being there during their difecult times with no expectations

hugosfbay that is very sad and I think there is nothing you can say or do it must be very hard for you seeing your friend going down this path I think it is more of professional help would be better for your friend
